The GH transfer dryer takes cakes straight from the press or loose goods from the centrifuge, running inline with your tunnel or standing alone. Available in 80 kg (176 lb), 120 kg (265 lb) and 170 kg (375 lb) capacities.

Direct-fired for fast heat. A linear burner fully combusts natural gas and sends the heat straight into the drum. No pipeline heat loss means faster heat-up and shorter cycles from the first load.

Safety built in. Automatic ignition, continuous flame monitoring, and a flame-out interlock shut off the gas supply the moment anything goes wrong.

Recirculation that pays for itself. Exhaust air is redirected to heat incoming fresh air, cutting heat energy use by 30% or more.

Air where it counts. A large, heavily perforated 304 stainless basket lets hot air move freely through the goods and on to the exhaust. Better evaporation, shorter cycles.

Dry smarter, not harder. Optional infrared control detects the true dry point and ends the cycle, saving time, energy and linen life.

Runs quiet, runs cool. Heavy insulation keeps the heat inside the drum and the noise off your floor.

Smart controls, fewer hands. Each dryer has its own PLC with stored programs and programmable inverter speed, and a compound control system links every dryer on the line for unattended operation. An optional central lint collector automatically clears lint from every dryer.
