The YT-H membrane press is the workhorse at the end of your tunnel line, pulling the maximum water out of every batch before it ever reaches a dryer. Batch sizes range from 30 kg to 110 kg.

Gentle power. An infinitely variable speed pump ramps pressure smoothly up to 45 bar; hard enough to strip the water, controlled enough to leave linen intact. No hydro bursting. No damage.

No sticking. No stalling. The custom-patterned membrane surface releases linen cleanly every cycle. Membrane Diameters available in 1056 mm and 1280 mm, and simple to swap when the time comes. less downtime, more throughput.

Built for the Pressure. Stainless steel columns and heavy upper and lower press plates take the extreme loads of every cycle without flinching.

Nothing goes to waste. The recuperation tank under the press captures extraction water and sends it back to the tunnel’s rinse compartments or any other tank in the line.

Fast in, fast out. Cycle times of 90 seconds. The unloading conveyor runs over a full-size drainage plate for even extraction across the whole area, and it’s easy to clean.
